Know what to expect
Headings and line breaks are best-effort. Tables, columns, and reading order can vary by PDF. No batch conversion, account, history, OCR, or cloud-drive sign-in is included. Direct links work only when the remote host permits CORS and does not require authentication.

Will the converter preserve tables and scanned pages?
It extracts selectable text and makes a best-effort Markdown layout. Tables and columns may need editing. Scanned image-only PDFs need OCR, which this page does not provide.
